Re: Problems with the dataset td-tcds62-6axmn-03
Dear Doug, thank you for your answer. It is a pity that I noticed it so late. So, now I'm working on another sample. The particular sample from the last question I worked out using the old tcds55 database. However, I'm still facing the same problem working with other samples using the new database. ...

Re: Problems with the dataset td-tcds62-6axmn-03
Hello Everybody, I'm facing the same problem as Arthur Santos. I have commented/deactivated all ferric-bearing members of solution models in the database file td-ds62-mp50-03.txt. The bulk composition I'm using in calculations is SI(67.8700490)AL(15.7718330)FE(3.30293480)MG(2.74972460)MN(0.025098770...

Tao, I am using scripts. Here is an example of such a script. Hopefully, it will help. Re: (2) WHITE MICA problem
Chris, thank you for your kind advice. It looks as if these two white micas are WHITE_MICA_Ms and WHITE_MICA_Pg. I am a bit surprised as muscovite and paragonite are endmembers of WHITE MICA solid solution. On the other hand in the investigated sample, I have documented both muscovite and paragonite....

(2) WHITE MICA problem
Hi everyone, I have calculated a pseudosection for metapelite using JUN92d dataset. Interestingly, in this pseudosection some fields contain I guess two different types of white mica. It is shown by (2) WHITE MICA. My question is how to figure out what types of WHITE MICAS they are? In other words h...

Re: ragged curves on pseudosection
Hi Pierre, thanks for your replay. I'm using the following bulk: 1 SI(66.8367)AL(16.4382)FE(3.1427)MG(3.2363)MN(0.0488)CA(0.5455)NA(6.5557)K(2.7697)TI(0.4264)H(100)O(?) * So, if I understand you I could modify this bulk to: 1 SI(66.8367)AL(16.4382)FE(3.1427)MG(3.2363)MN(0.0488)CA(0.5455)NA(6.55...

Re: ragged curves on pseudosection
Hi Alex,
thanks for your advice. I'll try to do this. However, this problem doesn’t exist using different dataset.

ragged curves on pseudosection
Hi everyone,
I'm calculating pseudosection using td-tcds62-6axmn-03.txt dataset. Unfortunately, calculated pseudosection looks very strange (see below). Does anyone know what is the problem?
