I am also getting this error except it is "WARNING: loops reached maximum:251". I've used different databases and tried a variety of different things but not sure what the issue is.
I am trying to model this metapelite from my sample area, my stable mineral assemblage is (Pl+Chl+Ctd+Ms+Qz) and I'm using td-ds62-mp50-05 database, bulk composition of Bulk(1)= SI(5.199)AL(2.872)FE(0.964)MN(0.006)MG(0.235)CA(0.013)NA(0.099)K(0.613)O(?)O(0.01)H(60). With GRT,FSP4TR, ABHGP,PLC,PLI,EP11,MRG,WM,BI14,CD14,ST14,CHL14,CTD14 activity models turned (minerals you'd expect to find in a metapelite. I have run multiple models at varying P-T conditions trying to find a field with my mineral assemblage, after numerous attempts I found that it lies ~400C and 100Bar, which seems extremely unlikely given the geology I know about the area (note; "Loops reached maximum" error was present in every model run I did). Am I missing something here or looking at it/doing something wrong? If anyone has any insight i'd appreciate it! If more information is needed i'd be happy to provide it.

I think I can help. Here are my thoughts:
1. Don't use the different feldspar models at the same time (PLC, PlI or FSP4TR), only one. The FSP4TR is the best or at least the newest. The warning message is probably due to the ordering in the chlorite model, but when I ran your data, I had no warnings.
2. I had no problems running Theriak/Domino wuth your bulk data using only FSP4TR. I did 2 runs, one with Mn and one without it. Mn is so low, it seems reasonable. The resulting PT diagrams are practically identical, only the Grt-in line is at lower T when Mn added to the bulk (no surprise). The run without Mn is half the time of the other.
3. Your peak assemblage is only stable without Pl, but it has Mrg.
4. Your bulk data values look different than the one I am using. Can you send me your original bulk (XRF)?
