Hello Theriak-Domino Hive Mind!
I am planning to purchase a desktop computer or workstation in the near future, which will be used in part for running Theriak-Domino calculations. Does anyone have thoughts about what to specs to prioritize for best Domino performance?
As far as I can tell, Domino is not capable of utilizing multiple cores at the same time for a single calculation, so speed would only be enhanced by each individual core being faster, not a higher number of cores. Of course, multiple cores would come in handy for running multiple calculations in parallel.
Is this consistent with others' experience? Are there other aspects I should consider?
